INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY
Dr. Schrickel offers individual therapy to clients across the lifespan, providing a safe and supportive space to explore personal challenges, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this process, clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, gain insight into their patterns, and learn practical tools to align their actions with their values and long-term goals. Therapy is an opportunity to build self-awareness, foster personal growth, and create lasting change toward a more fulfilling life.
